Hello!

My name is Tory and i love writing about everything and anything. It took me an insane amount of time thinking of a name for this blog but basically the name Riva means regain strength. Do you get it? Toriva? Don’t worry, this blog isn’t all about me (most of the time), its about gaining courage and strength to look beyond the imperfections that may surround us at times.

I am a writer filled with insights from the heart and not often what people expect. In my opinion predictability often leads to the dullest work and we have been stiff bored long enough i think. I believe that all stories are worth telling and i hope to touch and amuse you through stories but most of all empower and motivate you to be better.
